This facility will be covering up an area of about 29,509 square foot and will offer a great many facilities. Interestingly, Grosvenor, a stunning eleven-story building, just recently finished its $20+ million renovation project. The new workspace will be opening up on the second floor and the ground floor of the building with a direct link to K Street.
