Pacific Workplaces Expands in Silicon Valley with New Downtown San Jose Location

Pacific Workplaces is expanding its footprint with a new coworking space in downtown San Jose. The grand opening celebration is set for 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, on the seventh floor of 84 W. Santa Clara St. — and the entire community is invited.

The 13,000-square-foot space offers 51 private offices, six equipped meeting rooms, flexible workstations, comfortable lounges, private phone booths and top-notch internet. Additionally, it comes with a tenant lounge, fitness facility, conference center and secure underground executive parking. Designed to foster both productivity and collaboration, it will also host regular networking events to bring together San Jose’s thriving business community. Plus, its prime location puts members within a five-minute walk of San Pedro Square’s restaurants, hotels and retail hotspots.

“From start-ups to established corporations like Adobe, Nvidia, Cisco, Microsoft and Zoom, San Jose is home to an amazing, innovative community,” said Laurent Dhollande, CEO of Pacific Workplaces. “We’re proud to be part of it and to open this location that offers world-class office space amenities in a welcoming, productive and curated environment.”

Keith Warner, managing partner of Pacific Workplaces, emphasized the company’s long-standing connection to Silicon Valley:

“Since launching our first flexible office in Cupertino in 1985, we’ve been committed to supporting entrepreneurs, startups and corporate teams,” he said. “This new location continues that mission in the heart of downtown San Jose’s business scene.”

Anyone looking forward to discovering this new location is welcome to attend the event on February 19. Guests can enjoy guided tours and giveaways while experiencing the coworking environment. Admission is free, but RSVPs are encouraged due to limited capacity.
