Common Desk Dallas to Expand its Coworking Chain to Richardson

This Texan Coworking provider is fast expanding its roots! And thanks to it, Dallas will welcome aboard another coworking space, this time in Richardson. Well, we are talking about none other than Dallas’ very own Common Desk! With five Dallas coworking spaces already in its kitty, they are planning to open three more, this year. And Common Desk Richardson is the eighth and latest entrant, that will open its doors coming fall.

Richardson office will cover 313,000 square feet across two interconnected floors of the Transwestern Development project on Interstate 75. Its 3400 Cityline location on N Central Expy, is a magnificent mid-rise building with glass exterior on all fronts. This will lend all the outer office spaces in Common Desk facilities with huge, floor to ceiling glass windows. The five-story building also sports outdoor dining, a Deli lounge, a ball court and a fitness center in the lobby.

This Common Desk’s DFW area location will also feature shared office spaces, besides highly customizable spaces, even for bigger teams. While access to shared bikes is an additional highlight, using which members can savor the lush green Spring Creek trail. While those using personal conveyances will enjoy free parking, be it members or guests. Though a generous boardroom, community events, and an extensive outdoor lawn are hireable bonus perks for members and building tenants.

The Richardson office of Common Desk Dallas will also host a Fiction Coffee powered espresso bar. That will serve members besides all tenants and visitors of 3400 Cityline. While other tenants in the building include Generational Group, Xandr, the Amerian IT giant DXC Technology and many more. Moreover, the region serves as headquarters to many other big brands and dine-outs and has easy access to shuttle service. This north Texas Common Desk office location is clearly a business hotspot!

Richardson is not a hot ground for coworking, but neither was Deep Ellum, Common Desk’s first location. But Common Desk team has made it a success, and the Richardson coworking space is expected to follow suit. In fact, its partnership with Transwestern Development stands on their expertise of transforming spaces into amenity rich workplaces. And by the way of refined processes for the selection and execution of the best team and tech.

With so many existing and upcoming exciting coworking spaces, Common Desk Dallas could be another WeWork in the making. Stay tuned!
