Town Square Spaces Looks Forward to 2024 Among Fast Development, New Purchases and Global Expansion

Town Square Spaces Ltd. (TownSq), specialists in coworking spaces and company support, wrapped up an eventful year with a number of new business support contracts, new spaces, a multi-million-pound collaboration, as well as an acquisition and an overseas deal.

Over the last 12 months, the company has maintained its growth in turnover, added 34 new employees, and gained over 1,000 new members. With the inauguration of a new location in Hereford and two more scheduled to open in Kingston and Royal Tunbridge Wells, it has also increased the number of Operated Spaces to nine.

Through the acquisition of London-based Belmore Virtual Assistants, its subsidiary Town Square Admin strengthened its customer base by over 30%. The arrangement enabled the company take on the firm’s full client list.

In the £50 million Media Cymru project, TownSq has expanded the scope of its significant role. Through the Innovation Spaces and Creative Collective programs, it provides firms and individuals with access to cutting-edge technology, workspace, and specialized support.

At last, the company appears ready to form its first international alliance as it closes the last details of a deal that will enable it to introduce technology to link offices around Europe.

Gareth Jones, Town Square Spaces’ CEO, stated: “After such a fast-paced last few years, we focused our efforts in 2023 to ensure we’re on solid footing for our next phase of growth. We see the future as being much more service-driven, as we work with partners to create long-term change for local economic ecosystems. Through Creative Collective and our Associated Spaces, we’re developing innovative ways to drive forward and scale our mission.”

He also mentioned that “2024 is looking to be a busy one for us; we’re seeing a rise in demand for startup, entrepreneurship and freelance support as people look to embrace self-employment and generate additional revenue streams against a context of the cost-of-living crisis,” said Gareth Jones, CEO of Town Square Spaces Ltd.”
