TailoredSpace Grows to 9 Locations with Latest Coworking Space in Laguna Niguel

Situated in the Laguna Design Center at the crossroads of Alicia Parkway and Aliso Creek Road, the new TailoredSpace location is at 23807 Aliso Creek Road, Suite 100, in Laguna Niguel, CA. The campus encompasses the entire first level, which contains approximately 12,000 square feet of office space.

The Laguna Niguel location was especially appealing, according to Co-Founder Drew Sanden, due to the area’s robust demographics and the submarket’s unmet demand for coworking space. Phone and conference rooms; business support services; and 41 completely equipped private offices and suites are all included in the new location.

TailoredSpace collaborated with the property owner, Dunhill Partners. The landlord also controls the largest TailoredSpace campus, The Shoppes at Chino Hills.

“An important aspect of TailoredSpace is our relationship with landlords,” Sanden said. “We are a great solution for empty office space. The strong occupancy of our site in Chino Hills encouraged Dunhill to work with us again at their Laguna Design Center location.”

The large array of walkable shopping across the street — which includes Whole Foods, Mendocino Farms and Cava — is another benefit of the TailoredSpace Laguna Niguel location. Plus, parents looking for flexible/convenient alternative office space will find the coworking space conveniently adjacent to Aliso Viejo High School.

“Coworking continues to thrive thanks to the acceptance of hybrid work and the desire for workers to have an office site option close to where they live,” Sanden said. “That is why we have sought out suburban sites, such as Laguna Niguel, to increase our portfolio.”

The average occupancy rate for all TailoredSpace campuses is 93%. A significant portion of the members are from the financial services, legal, real estate and technology sectors.

“We remain bullish on the future of coworking, which is why we plan to continue to expand with more sites coming online in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties,” he said.
