Flex Office Provider Expansive Opens Sixth Workspace in Chicago

Expansive, one of the largest providers of flex workspaces in the nation, has launched a new coworking space in partnership with The Opus Chicago. Expansive North Center is now one of the six Expansive workspace locations in Chicago, joining the company’s network of over 40 spaces nationwide. The five other Expansive locations in Chicago are at 100 S State, 73 West Monroe, 318 West Adams, 211 West Wacker and 405 West Superior Street.

Located between Lincoln Square and Roscoe Village and only 1.5 miles from Wrigley Field, Expansive North Center integrates the company’s cutting-edge workspaces and corporate meeting spaces with the luxury apartments found in The Opus Chicago mixed-use building.

Expansive North Center’s coworking spaces are located on the first two floors of the building, with the floors above featuring The Opus Chicago’s premium apartments. Expansive’s amenities include an outdoor terrace, a fitness center and a rooftop event space, on top of other coworking-specific amenities like fast Wi-Fi, ergonomic furniture, printing services, etc. The building’s luxury apartments feature a combination of resort-like amenities and contemporary finishes, which ensures that members get the best experience.

“This collaboration fosters innovation and creativity, as well as creates a vibrant environment where residents can thrive both personally and professionally. Together, we are building a community that exemplifies the best of integrated living in a beautiful mixed use property, where life is enhanced and opportunities flourish,” said Bill Bennett, Expansive’s founder & CEO.

The grand opening of Expansive North Center took place on July 11th and the space is open for different types of professionals, from freelancers to business owners.
