Companies are not just demanding quality spaces, but a hospitality-driven experience for their employees. We’re seeing the flight-to-experience manifest at Convene where Midtown Manhattan continues to be one of the top-performing markets for us. Demand for meeting and event space in the area remains strong and we’re proud to once again be partnering with RXR Realty to create an exceptional amenity space and conference center at 5 Times Square.”
