Inside, you’ll find rustic office spaces for private discussions, a fully-equipped urban kitchen, and dedicated makeup and styling areas for seamless prep. Our VIP rooms provide a private oasis for talent or guests, and we offer ample, comfortable seating areas throughout for everyone on set. Need to bring in outside equipment? No problem—just let us know ahead, and there’s no corkage fee!

We offer a range of professional gear to elevate your shoot, including grip, electrical, and lighting equipment available to rent upon request. Our team is on hand to help with setup logistics, and we’re happy to accommodate your specific needs with flexibility and ease.

With 10-15 private parking spaces by the loading dock and unrestricted street parking, transportation logistics are smooth for you and your crew.

**Available Whenever You Need It**

Open 24/7, the studio adapts to your schedule. To keep things easy, please plan setup and breakdown within your rental hours, with a 15-minute grace period. If you need a bit more time, overtime is possible.
